The Challenge

On demand insurance is new to Australian consumers and Flip is an online only business, so creating the right product and path to purchase with continued engagement requires a lot of experimentation. The experience and UI design for the website and app needed to drive the momentum, to set the engineering team up for success and deliver the right product as quickly as possible.
