The Challenge
On demand insurance is new to Australian consumers and Flip is an online only business, so creating the right product and path to purchase with continued engagement requires a lot of experimentation. The experience and UI design for the website and app needed to drive the momentum, to set the engineering team up for success and deliver the right product as quickly as possible.
Userkind is retained as the UX consulting team across the customer experience, and the UI design team for the website and app. We work on a continual cycle of feature delivery, including weekly priorities and longer running feature builds, adjusting which resources to apply to each task as it demands.
Our expertise, flexible approach and broad commercial experience has accelerated the pace of delivery and enabled extensive optimisations, with improvements on key conversion metrics.
